Genuine LG Tumble Dryer Drain Pump Assembly Part # EAU62043403

Genuine LG Tumble Dryer Drain Pump Assembly EAU62043403

Genuine replacement drain pump for tumble dryers. The drain pump moves condensed water from the dryer's reservoir system out to the drain or storage tank, allowing the machine to continue its drying cycle without overfilling.

You'll usually need a replacement if your dryer is displaying a water tank full warning even after emptying it, if the pump is making a loud grinding or humming noise, if water is leaking from the base of the machine, or if the cycle keeps stopping prematurely. A failing pump often struggles to shift water efficiently, which can cause damp clothes at the end of a cycle. Before fitting, check the pump's part number carefully against the one you are removing from your dryer to make sure it is the correct match.

Key Compatibility:

Manufacturers reuse the same part across many models and change model numbers between production runs, so the safest check is your own model number rather than the brand. Enter it in the checker above and we will confirm against this part.
If you are unsure, message us with your full model number and we will confirm before you order.

Expert Installation Tip: Before replacing the pump, check the drain hose and filter for blockages, as trapped fluff or debris is a common cause of water not draining properly and can be mistaken for pump failure.
